On the 2nd and 4th Tuesday and 2nd and 4th Thursday between 9:00 and 11:30 a.m. we are pleased to offer free personal and household supplies to those in need at the Empowerment Opportunity Center. All first-time shoppers must pre-register with a valid identification document to participate in the program. Pre-registration hours are available between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday and the 2nd and 4th Thursday.
